Animée par une recherche constante d’excellence, Camille Joubert mène une carrière internationale marquée par une polyvalence rare, entre postes de leader en orchestre, projets de musique de chambre et collaborations solistes.
Depuis septembre 2025, elle est cheffe d’attaque des seconds violons à la Staatsphilharmonie de Nuremberg et depuis 2022, elle est membre de l’orchestre wagnérien du Festival de Bayreuth.
Forte d’une expérience de premier plan au sein des phalanges européennes, Camille a occupé des postes de co-leader et violon solo adjoint à l’Orchestre symphonique d’Anvers, au Nederland Philharmonisch Orkest (Amsterdam) ainsi qu’au Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester.
Régulièrement invitée par de grandes institutions comme le London Symphony Orchestra, NDR Hambourg, Concertgebouw Orchestra, Orchestre National de Lille, Aalborg Symphony Orchestra, elle a forgé son identité musicale à la Staatskapelle de Berlin, où elle a évolué durant quatre ans sous la direction de Daniel Barenboim. Cette trajectoire l’a menée sur les scènes les plus prestigieuses, du Carnegie Hall de New York au Musikverein de Vienne, en passant par l’Opéra de Sydney, le festival de Salzburg ou encore le concert Hall of National Centre for the Performing Arts à Pékin.
Chambriste passionnée, elle collabore avec des artistes tels que Nobuko Imai, Ulf Wallin ou Ivan Monighetti. Elle a été membre de l’Ensemble Roeland Hendrikx (Belgique), avec lequel elle a enregistré le disque Le Bestiaire (2020).
Elle cultive également des projets plus personnels en duo : Duo Soror : avec sa sœur pianiste Oriane Joubert, autour de l’intégrale des sonates de Beethoven.
Lauréate du 1er Prix Vatelot-Rampal et du prix spécial du concours Ibolya Gyarfas, Camille est diplômée du CNSMD de Lyon (classe de J.M. Phillips, L. Ketels et M. Danel) et de l’UdK de Berlin (classe de Latica Honda-Rosenberg). Elle a bénéficié des conseils de maîtres tels que Zakhar Bron, le Quatuor Artemis ou le Scharoun Ensemble.

Since September 2025, she has served as Principal Second Violin of the Staatstheater Nürnberg and since 2022, she has also been a member of the prestigious Bayreuth Festival Orchestra.
Camille has established herself as a key figure within leading European ensembles, previously holding positions as Co-Leader of the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, 2nd Concertmaster of the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra in Amsterdam, and Co-Leader of the Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester.
Regularly invited as a guest by world-renowned institutions—including the London Symphony Orchestra, NDR Hamburg, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Aalborg Symphony Orchestra, and Orchestre National de Lille—she honed her musical identity at the Berlin Staatskapelle, where she performed for four years under the direction of Daniel Barenboim. Her career has taken her to the world’s most iconic stages, from New York’s Carnegie Hall and the Vienna Musikverein to the Sydney Opera House, the Salzburg Festival, and the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing.
A passionate chamber musician, Camille collaborates with esteemed artists such as Nobuko Imai, Ulf Wallin, and Ivan Monighetti. She was a member of the Roeland Hendrikx Ensemble in Belgium, with whom she recorded the album Le Bestiaire in 2020. She also develops deeply personal projects in duo, notably Duo Soror with her sister, pianist Oriane Joubert, dedicated to performing the complete Beethoven violin sonatas.
A prize-winner of the 1st Prize at the Vatelot-Rampal Competition and the Special Prize at the Ibolya Gyarfas Competition, Camille is a graduate of the CNSMD de Lyon (class of JM Phillips, L Ketels and M Danel) and the UdK Berlin in the class of Latica Honda-Rosenberg. She has further refined her artistry through the guidance of masters such as Zakhar Bron, the Artemis Quartet, and the Scharoun Ensemble.
Angetrieben von einem beständigen Streben nach Exzellenz führt Camille Joubert eine internationale Karriere, die durch eine seltene Vielseitigkeit zwischen Führungspositionen im Orchester, Kammermusikprojekten und solistischen Kooperationen geprägt ist.
Seit September 2025 ist sie als Stimmführerin der 2. Violinen bei der Staatstheater Nürnberg tätig und seit 2022 ist sie zudem Mitglied des Orchesters der Bayreuther Festspiele.
Camille Joubert hat sich als feste Größe in führenden europäischen Ensembles etabliert. Zuvor hatte sie Positionen als stellvertretende Stimmführerin beim Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, als 2te Konzertmeisterin beim Nederland Philharmonisch Orkest in Amsterdam sowie als Vorspielerin beim Brandenburgischen Staatsorchester Frankfurt (Oder) inne.
Regelmäßig wird sie als Gast von renommierten Institutionen wie dem London Symphony Orchestra, dem NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchester Hamburg, dem Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, dem Aalborg Symphony Orchestra und dem Orchestre National de Lille eingeladen. Ihre musikalische Identität prägte sie maßgeblich bei der Staatskapelle Berlin, wo sie vier Jahre lang unter der Leitung von Daniel Barenboim spielte. Als leidenschaftliche Kammermusikerin arbeitet Camille Joubert mit Künstlern wie Nobuko Imai, Ulf Wallin und Ivan Monighetti zusammen. Sie war Mitglied des Roeland Hendrikx Ensembles in Belgien, mit dem sie 2020 das Album „Le Bestiaire“ aufnahm. Zudem widmet sie sich persönlichen Projekten im Duo, insbesondere dem Duo Soror mit ihrer Schwester, der Pianistin Oriane Joubert, mit der sie das Projekt der gesamten Violinsonaten von Beethoven verfolgt.
Camille Joubert ist erste Preisträgerin des Wettbewerbs Vatelot-Rampal und erhielt den Sonderpreis des 29. Ibolya-Gyarfas-Wettbewerbs. Sie ist Absolventin des CNSMD Lyon sowie der Universität der Künste (UdK) Berlin in der Klasse von Latica Honda-Rosenberg. Weitere künstlerische Impulse erhielt sie von Meistern wie Zakhar Bron, dem Artemis Quartett und dem Scharoun Ensemble der Berliner Philharmoniker.
